Warranty
All our sunglasses have a 12-month warranty that covers manufacturing and material defects. Warranty period starts from the day the product is delivered to the Buyer. If the Buyer does not inform the Seller of the product defect within the specified time, the Buyer loses the right to a product repair, replacement or refund.
Coverage is only with proof of purchase. The warranty is valid only for goods that are purchased new and does not cover damage caused by general wear, abuse or mishandling. Warranty claims must be submitted at the Buyer's expense by returning the goods to BASLEN (see Returns & Refunds). We will repair or replace faulty frames that are covered by the warranty. This warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies of the purchaser under the laws in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates.
